- Two years ago, we received a unique request from a customer for a drop die intended for export. Eager to meet their needs, we accepted the order and began the design process. After presenting the design to the customer for approval, we were pleased to receive their satisfaction.
- However, during the processing of the die, we encountered a setback due totechnical issues, human error, and complications with the metal used for theplate. Despite our initial challenges, we persisted in our efforts to rectify thesituation. We opted to remake the die using copper metal but encountered apersistent issue with a noticeable line on the plate. Determined to overcome this obstacle, we experimented with different metalcombinations, eventually achieving success with a blend of silver and copper.With the die now meeting the standards of our Indian customer, weproceeded to ship it to America.
- Unfortunately, upon arrival, the die was rejected by our American customerdue to a discrepancy in the design on the plate. Undeterred, we swiftlyaddressed the issue by modifying the design, punch, and plate to align withthe specific requirements of the American market.
- This time, our efforts proved successful, and we obtained approval from thecustomer in America. Despite the challenges faced along the way, ourcommitment to meeting customer expectations remained unwavering,ultimately leading to a satisfactory outcome for all parties involved.
